How we use AI internally

• We use AI to remove low‑leverage busywork so the team can focus on delivery, craft, client impact, and quality.
• We use AI to increase output without replacing jobs. If AI changes a workflow, the intent is to elevate the work, not eliminate the person.
• We will never use ai imagery of people or locations. Our goal is to change the way the world perceives conflict and that means showing real people and real locations, always.
