A one-day workshop that teaches the fundamentals of negotiation. Expect to gain an understanding of the four types and four phases of negotiation.

A two-day experience that goes deeper and wider than The Fundamentals with more complex scenarios and topics like relationship building and trust.

A two-day experience will stretch participants in the most challenging scenarios. Expect multi-layered and strategic situations.

Get a better understanding of yourself, your counterparty, and your team with the Aligned Silhouette

Our personal negotiation profiler, The Aligned Silhouette, looks at the following three factors:

— Tolerance for Conflict
— Personality Type
— Negotiation Preference

The Silhouette will give each person, department, and organization an understanding of their people and offer tangible insights on negotiation successes or failures. For example, if someone’s conflict style is Collaborating, their personality type is Sociable, and their preference is Partnership negotiation types.

This Silhouette means Hard Bargaining would be their “toughest” type since it’s not a match for their conflict style and personality.

By knowing this person’s Silhouette, they would need to “work harder” in more transactional settings. Taking inspiration from leading research in conflict management and personality types, we weave together your preferred way to negotiate to create your Silhouette.
